Shengzhou evaporator: What is Shengzhou evaporator?
Shengzhou evaporator is a very important component of the four major refrigeration components. The low-temperature condensed "liquid" body exchanges heat with external air through the evaporator, and the "gas" absorbs heat to achieve cooling effects.
Shengzhou evaporator mainly consists of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the heat required for evaporation of the liquid, causing it to boil. The evaporation chamber completely separates the gas liquid two phases.
The steam generated by the heating chamber contains a large number of bubbles. After reaching the evaporation chamber in a large space, these liquids can be separated from the steam through self condensation or the action of an egg beater. Generally, the foam machine is installed on the top of the evaporation chamber.
Shengzhou evaporator is divided into atmospheric pressure, pressure, and reduced pressure according to its working pressure. According to the different solutions, the motion state in the evaporator is divided into circulation type. The boiling solution passes through the heating surface multiple times in the heating chamber, including circulating tubes, hanging baskets, external heating, hot water, forced circulation, and so on. One way type. The boiling solution passes through the heated surface once in the heating chamber without circulating. In medicine, Shengzhou evaporators are volatile inhalation anesthetics that all become liquid at room temperature. The evaporator can evaporate the volatile liquid into the gas, accurately controlling the concentration of anesthetic vapor output. The evaporation of anesthetics requires heat, and the temperature around the evaporator is the main factor determining the evaporation rate of volatile anesthetics. Modern anesthesia machines widely use temperature 1 flow compensated evaporators.
In other words, in order to maintain the evaporation rate of volatile inhalation anesthetics unchanged when temperature or fresh air flow changes, the output concentration of inhalation anesthetics leaving the evaporator will remain stable through an automatic compensation mechanism. Due to the different physical characteristics of volatile inhalation anesthetics, such as boiling points and saturated vapor pressures, evaporators have drug specificity, such as enflurane evaporators and methane evaporators, and cannot be used interchangeably. Most evaporators in modern anesthesia machines are placed outside the anesthesia breathing circuit, with separate oxygen streams connected together. The vaporized inhalation anesthetic vapor is mixed with a periodic stream, allowing the patient to inhale.
The calculation method of evaporation area of Shengzhou evaporator is the same as that of other cold evaporators. You can also choose based on the net area of bingo.
